Fun in the Sun

Dylan and Sydney having lots of FUN in the beautiful Georgia weather! The weather is perfect right now, and we are taking full advantage. Dylan can't ever have enough cars near him.

Last week when Dylan saw Cameron mowing the lawn he ran to get his toy lawn mower and went outside only to mow side by side with him for about 30 minutes.

G-mama and G-papa moved to Georgia last week. I can’t believe it! They are staying here for at least for 6 months and we could not be more excited! Dylan was so happy to see them and sing all of his favorite songs to them. He has been so much fun lately. Dylan loves to sing about EVERYTHING such as trees, school buses, racing cars, the poop on his finger, the fan in his room, etc. It is pretty funny. He is going to be the next Justin Timberlake…bad lyrics but great booty shaker. You should see him dance, it is hysterical. He puts his hands on his hips and stomps around shaking his booty. Dylan is also getting so smart! Grandma babysat last week and was so amazed that when she was reading him books from the library (that we had only had for a week) he was telling her the story and was pointing out and distinguishing the bulldozer, monster truck, and crane. Grandma was just calling everything a "big truck" and Dylan was NOT satisfid :). Very cute. He also started saying "many" all the time. "There are many dump trucks daddy" or "I want many treats". It was so cute.

Our friends gave us some adjustable rollerblades and we decided to try it for fun last week with Dylan. He loved them! He is nowhere near able to do it on his own, but we take him down the driveway and he LOVES it.
Sydney is still a little pill. She is almost 6 months and still refuses to take a bottle, or syringe, or spoon fed milk..URGH! For our 7 year anniversary I bought Cameron and I tickets to his favorite Broadway play, Les Mis, but when it came down to it, we couldn't go. :( We just couldn't leave our baby girl home for that long with no food. It was sad, but I am looking forward to going to Wicked next month with a bunch of my girlfriends. I am working on getting Sydney eating enough food by then to keep her busy without mommies milk. She is eating only a tiny bit off food these days because her digestive system isn't working that well yet. Look at how pretty she is even when she's got a messy little face. She is beautiful and she looks NOTHING like me :(
